André Leblanc and Barroux's beautiful picture book is still getting rave reviews 12 months after publication

 

It has been a great month for us, with reviews popping up on book blog sites all over the place.

The hope of the young girl and her passion for music shine through and the harsh storyline is complimented and softened by the beautiful illustrations in black, white, red and shades of grey by illustrator Stephane-Yves Barroux.
